  • Investigate and analyze product returns and quality issues, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
  • Serve as the first line of response for production quality issues, investigating lower-severity NCRs and escalating critical issues to the Quality Director when necessary.
  • Assist in developing and issuing quality alerts and training materials related to quality events or process improvements.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training related to quality standards, SOPs, and inspection requirements.
  • Oversee and support Quality Inspectors, ensuring inspection procedures and quality expectations are consistently followed.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Support shop floor containment activities, including identifying affected units and establishing gate-check inspections when needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring production performance and recommending quality improvements.
  • Ensure all SOPs, quality alerts, and documentation are properly communicated and understood by production teams.
  • Work collaboratively with production and operations teams to support safe and effective work practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, quality findings, and corrective actions.
  • Be available to support operational needs, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Experience with internal auditing, inspection, training, or document control preferred.
  • Industrial or production environment experience required.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify defects and process inconsistencies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Demonstrated team-oriented mindset and continuous improvement focus.
  • Ability to support and guide production teams in maintaining quality standards.
