Speech Therapist Opportunity

Work full-time in a school setting! We will sponsor H1B candidates already licensed in the states. Our team is growing and looking for the best speech therapist to care for our wonderful patients.

Speech-language pathologists are experts in communication. They assist patients who have disabilities or experienced traumatic events that left them with speech, voice, or swallowing impairments.

Job Description

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment programs.
  • Provide counseling to patients and patients' families about results of testing and recommended treatment options.
  • Establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment.
  • Create accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits.
  • Delegate duties to support personnel as appropriate.
  • Maintain communication with staff and outside agencies per state guidelines.
  • Refer patients to medical specialists in dentistry, psychology, or other related fields

License or Certification: Must be in possession of current SLPA certificate on or before the first day of employment. CPR certification, TB skin test, Auto Insurance, and Driver License

Education, Training and Experience:

Minimum requirement: Associate degree in and/or graduation from a Speech-Language Pathology assistant certificate program. Experience is preferred but not required.
