Overview
Are you motivated, entrepreneurial, and leadership-minded? New York Life is seeking driven individuals to join our Fast Track to Management Program in Orlando Area, FL. This is your opportunity to accelerate into a management role within 12 months while building a strong foundation in financial services.

You’ll begin as a Financial Professional to gain hands-on experience and build a client base. Upon meeting performance criteria, you will transition into a management role as an Associate Partner, responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your own team of Financial Professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow your client base by helping individuals with insurance and financial planning
  • Learn and master New York Life’s suite of products: life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and more
  • Achieve sales and licensing milestones required for promotion to management
  • Complete the six-month Associate Partner Training Program
  • Recruit and develop new agents as an Associate Partner

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA completion within the previous 24 month or
  • Prior management, business ownership, or high-volume sales experience

Preferred (not required):

  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 6 or 7)
  • Sales experience (especially B2B or consultative)
  • Experience working with cultural markets
  • Bilingual – Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages (a strong plus)
