Job description

Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business unit within our organization. We work alongside some of the world's most vital enterprise clients to shape, design, and deliver transformational technology solutions. Joining us at this unique time in our history means you will play a central role in guiding how our consulting practice operates today and evolves for the future.

As an Associate Partner on the Consult team, you will guide client accounts through complex consulting engagements while leading multi-disciplinary project teams to success. You will create and position strategic change agendas across C-suite executives, uniting artificial intelligence with enterprise infrastructure to build outcomes that scale across entire business ecosystems.

Operating in a client-facing capacity across Pennsylvania, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of project services opportunities-from initial bid response and deal structuring through delivery. Working in both pre- and post-deal environments, you will drive application-focused consulting engagements using a land-and-expand growth strategy while building trusted relationships at the CXO level.

Dynamic Thematic Pillars

Client Advisory & CXO Engagement

  • Build and sustain deep, trusted relationships with senior executives, acting as the primary consulting advisor across client accounts.

  • Position strategic change agendas that intersect complex business goals and modern enterprise infrastructure.

  • Lead C-suite customer interactions and oversee consulting deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and secure strong client references.

Business Development & Commercial Strategy

  • Drive opportunity identification across non-core accounts while collaborating with Managing Partners in core accounts.

  • Own the end-to-end bid response, solutioning, and contract structuring for complex, multi-tower deal engagements.

  • Apply an application-focused, land-and-expand growth model to broaden Kyndryl's impact within client environments.

  • Scope engagements, negotiate fees, and manage commercial terms to maximize profitability while balancing delivery risk.

Service Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Maintain end-to-end ownership of project service delivery to guarantee high-quality client outcomes and performance.

  • Design complex engagement structures and lead cross-functional delivery teams through successful project milestones.

  • Manage project margins, backlog growth, and utilization targets across individual and team commitments.

Leadership & Practice Growth

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in a collaborative environment that encourages curiosity, continuous development, and innovation.

  • Ensure all team outputs are value-adding, commercially sound, and effectively executed.

  • Drive personal and organizational industry presence by developing thought leadership and shareable intellectual capital.

Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof ofvaccinationto align with their respective COVID-19vaccinationpolicies.
