Job Description

The Oracle Associate Partner provides a wide variety of sales and delivery consulting services in support of our Oracle eBusiness Industrial team.
Responsibilities:
- Plays key role in business development activities: leading pursuit teams, responding to RFP's and developing proposals, and closing new CLIENT GBS bookings
- Plays key/lead role in practice management activities: managing direct reports, recruiting, retention, and assisting with deployment decisions
Must have detailed level understanding of eBusiness functionality
- Conduct requirements gathering and design sessions
- Identifies risks and benefits of alternate designs; calculates costs/benefits of potential actions or solutions to establish their viability/ROI;
- Assesses project impact of system changes on users and internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct business process and functional audits and provide suggestions to improve clients needs
- JDE, and broader Oracle Application suite of product experience a plus.
- At least 2 full life cycle implementations
- Ability to lead a team
-Strong understanding of Oracle fusion strategy


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in Project management experience with Oracle
  • At least 5 years experience in Sales and implementation experience of eBusiness
  • At least 5 years experience in people management skills
  • At least 5 years experience in Awareness of broader Oracle andquot;engineered solutionsandquot; go to market strategy
  • Basic knowledge in Oracle Fusion Strategy knowledge
  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Fluent
