Job Duties
The Senior HR Business Partner operates as a strategic advisor, change leader & business operator. This role will work with function leaders & managers to translate business priorities into workforce strategy that drives results. They will work to support the associate experience & strengthen leadership engagement & capabilities.
  • Business Acumen & Operational Partnership: Understand how the business operates & proactively connect workforce strategies to real outcomes that matter
  • Organizational Development: Help shape how our organization aligns structure, talent and capabilities
  • Change Leadership: Guide leaders & teams through change with clarity & confidence, help them adopt & sustain new ways of working
  • Data-Driven Insight: Leverage data to tell our story, uncover insights & drive informed decisions to improve performance
  • Leadership Coaching: Invest in leaders, challenge support & develop them to lead with greater impact & accountability
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Navigate complex situations thoughtfully, helping maintain a culture where associates feel respected, heard & engaged.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a high-level HR business partner
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, identifying necessary data impact
  • Experience influencing leaders & driving workforce planning or organizational design initiatives
  • Ability to support transformation & organizational change
