Position Summary...Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Senior Partner, Agency Partnerships to lead strategic partnerships with a Holding Company and its network of media agencies. Working within a dedicated agency pod, this role will develop executive relationships, drive adoption of Walmart Connect solutions, and identify new revenue opportunities. Responsibilities include providing strategic consultation, education, research, and technology enablement while partnering with Sales to expand existing and new agency relationships. The role collaborates closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives, optimize agency engagement, and deliver measurable business growth.
About the team:
Agency Partnerships serves as Walmart Connect's strategic interface with agency holding companies and independent agencies, driving long-term growth through executive relationships, joint business planning, and scaled adoption of Walmart Connect's advertising, data, and technology solutions. The team collaborates across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to accelerate innovation, unlock new commercial opportunities, influence product strategy, and position Walmart Connect as a preferred retail media partner for agencies and advertisers.   • Develop strategic relationships across Holding Companies and media agencies to increase adoption of Walmart Connect solutions.
  • Provide agencies with education, best practices, research, and technology enablement.
  • Serve as Walmart Connect's liaison to drive new business opportunities, execute partnership initiatives, and optimize HoldCo integrations.
  • Share best practices and thought leadership to drive consistent activation and performance.
  • Partner with Sales Team Leads to identify trends and scale partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver partnership priorities.
  • Enable agency teams through ongoing communication and training.
  • Track progress, remove blockers, and optimize partnership performance based on results and feedback.

What you'll bring...
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sales, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing complex relationships and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience across retail media, programmatic, social, and CTV.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop, measure, and optimize solutions.
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and presenting to clients and agencies.
  • Familiarity with agency and Holding Company organizations.
  • Proven ability to prioritize based on business impact, drive results in a fast-paced environment, and build collaborative partnerships across internal and external teams.
