Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in our warehouse operations and is responsible for accurately picking and packing orders for shipment, ensuring that products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner. The Warehouse Associate will work with order lists or pick sheets to locate and gather items from designated areas in the warehouse, verifying part numbers, quantities, and product descriptions to maintain accuracy. Attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Additionally, will assist in inventory management, receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Efficiently pick items utilizing pick lists, order sheets, or digital systems to locate and gather products from designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and product descriptions to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Use handheld scanners or other tools to track and update inventory levels.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment or pallet jacks to move items and pallets as necessary.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials and techniques to prevent damage during transit.
