Job description

Salary and Compensation Salary Range: $17.05 - $21.32 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications. Actual starting pay will be determined by work location, experience, and other jobโ€related factors. Job Overview As a Merchandise Operations Associate, you will assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions, including maintaining merchandise organization. You will perform operational daily tasks to support store sales, profitability, and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers. Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight. Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders. Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followed. Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once marked. Reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processes. Responsible for backโ€stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance. Support with setup and take down of inโ€store events and activations. Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas. Work under the guidance of Managers and Visual Merchandisers to set sale events and signage while ensuring standards are followed. Qualifications 1+ year of retail experience. Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks with a "win together" mentality. Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite. Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds. Associates must work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
