TRC Talent is looking for a Packaging Associate on Weekends for our client in Kennesaw, GA!

Job Summary: As a Picking and Packing Associate, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will ensure that products are handled with care, orders are fulfilled correctly, and all shipments meet company quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys hands-on work in a team setting.

Job Details:

  • $19/hr + $2.60(shift differential)
  • Friday-Sunday, 7AM-7:30PM
  • Temp to Hire
Key responsibilities:
  • Pick products from warehouse inventory based on order sheets or electronic scanning systems
  • Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe shipment
  • Verify product accuracy, quantities, and order details before packaging
  • Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping carriers
  • Maintain organization of inventory and ensure stock is stored in designated locations
  • Restock picking and packing stations with necessary materials and supplies
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks as needed
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality control standards
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Communicate any order discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly
