THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate at a reputable meat packing and cold storage facility located in Burlington, ON.

This is a full-time opportunity offering steady work and weekly pay.

The successful candidate will be responsible for offloading packaged meat boxes from the production line and stacking them onto pallets in a cold storage environment. This position requires continuous lifting (up to 60 lbs) and working in an ambient temperature of approximately -4°C.

You’ll be joining a hardworking, safety-focused team that values consistency, teamwork, and reliability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offload packaged boxes from the production line and stack them neatly on pallets
  • Continuously lift boxes weighing up to 60 lbs throughout the shift
  • Inspect boxes for proper labeling and package integrity
  • Wrap and tag finished pallets for storage or shipping
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all company and food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Work effectively in a refrigerated environment (approx. -4°C)


REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous warehouse, packaging, or cold storage experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in cold environments (-4°C)
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly for the duration of the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Must have CSA-approved non-slip safety footwear
