What is an associate packer?

Associate Packers are employees responsible for packaging products in warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing facilities. Their duties typically include preparing items for shipment, inspecting products for quality, labeling packages, and ensuring that orders are accurately fulfilled. They may also operate packing machinery and maintain a clean, organized work area. Associate Packers play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive their orders correctly and on time.

Order Packer / Warehouse Associate

ComicProLine is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and dedicated Order Packer / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently packing online orders for customers across Canada, the United States, and beyond.

This is a hands-on warehouse position similar to an Amazon fulfillment/packing environment, where you will pick products, prepare orders, package shipments, and ensure every customer receives their order accurately and securely.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack online customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare packages for shipment using proper packing materials and techniques
  • Verify products, quantities, and shipping information before orders leave the facility
  • Organize and restock inventory as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work efficiently to meet daily order targets
  • Assist other team members with warehouse duties when required
  • Handle products carefully to prevent damage during packing and shipping
  • Follow company procedures and instructions

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Reliable and consistently on time for scheduled shifts
  • Strong work ethic and a dedicated, dependable attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work at a steady pace in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or order-packing experience is an asset, but training will be provided

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works hard, and can be counted on to get the job done. The right person will be comfortable with repetitive physical work, enjoy working as part of a team, and have a positive attitude.

If you're dependable, hardworking, and looking for a hands-on position with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you!
