Warehouse Associate I

Literati is a modern children's book company focused on building reading skills so kids can grow to be their best selves. We make it easy to find books kids love through school book fairs and book clubs using a unique mix of expert curation and data science. As a Warehouse Associate focused on the picking and packing of customer orders, you'll be an essential part of bringing book fair magic to life and ensuring timely shipments to our customers. You'll be responsible for picking and packing fixtures, fulfilling daily orders, counting inventory, loading and unloading trucks, moving products, and processing returns safely. The hourly rate for this role will be $16/hr.

About The Role
  • Picking, Packing, Order Fulfillment, Counting, Cycle Counts, Advertised Title Walks, QA, Transfers, Fair Production, Auditing, and Training.
  • Mobility and Standing: This position requires the ability to remain standing and moving throughout the entirety of the shift. Candidates should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods of time to successfully perform job duties.
  • Lifting Requirements: The role involves occasional lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Employees may be required to safely lift, carry, and maneuver items within this weight range as part of their regular duties.
