We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team at our new location in Richmond, VA. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse. This role includes order fulfillment, inventory management, receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.


Responsibilities include:

  • Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory counts, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized and clean warehouse spaces.
  • Loading and Unloading Trucks: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring that goods are handled safely and without damage.
  • General Warehouse Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Safety Consciousness: Commitment to following all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required. Forklift experience is a plus!
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands:

  • Lifting and Carrying: Employees may be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Proper lifting techniques and the use of mechanical aids are essential to prevent injuries.
