Job description


Tiffany & Co. is seeking seasonal distribution professionals to support peak operational periods across multiple shifts and specialized functions. Associates ensure inventory integrity, efficient movement of goods, and adherence to luxury brand standards for all client orders.
Shift & Positions:
Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm
Tuesday-Saturday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Thursday - Sunday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Sunday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Operations Associate:
The Operations Associate will adhere to Tiffany &Co. standards for performing all applicable packing functions ensuring orders are accurately and appropriately prepared for clients. This role will maintain order and inventory integrity in accordance with established care and handling guidelines, while securing Tiffany & Co. assets and consistently meet or exceed productivity requirements based on business needs and metrics. Following completion of the packing process, Operations Associates are responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all domestic and international outbound shipments. They will prepare outbound shipments by scanning cartons, ensuring correct labeling is applied to cartons and cartons are properly secured, follow systematic shipping steps and processing, complete online forms processing, ensure accurate, complete shipping information accompanies every package.
Inbound Associate:
The Inbound Associate: is responsible for the systematic and physical receiving of inbound shipments and acts as the liaison to carriers making deliveries. Following receipt of deliveries, the Inbound Associate puts the shipment's merchandise and supplies away in the proper location, performs the merchandise and picking process, to prepare for future client orders. The Inbound Associate processes returns, utilizes the system, prepares merchandise to return to stock, repair, or customers.
Material Handler:
A Material Handler: is responsible for requesting packaging quantities and support the replenishment of assorted items to the appropriate packing area. This is achieved by surveying all packing stations and aisle locations, while documenting inbound and outbound materials and supplies. In addition, the Material Handler will need to operate material handling equipment and technology.
