Quality Control & Shipping Associate (2nd Shift)
  • Tamarac, FL (On-Site).
  • Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control & Shipping Associate to join our growing warehouse team. In this role, you'll ensure every order leaving our facility meets our quality standards by inspecting products, accurately packing shipments, and maintaining an organized work environment.

What You'll Do:
Quality Control:
  • Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and condition before shipment.
  • Verify orders meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or damaged products.
  • Follow established quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
Packing & Shipping:
  • Carefully pack products to prevent damage during transit.
  • Prepare shipments and print shipping labels using warehouse computer systems.
  • Organize completed orders for carrier pickup.
  • Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals.
Team Support:
  • Assist with training new team members on packing procedures and quality standards.
  • Promote consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail across the team.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily shipping deadlines.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
  • Lift, move, and organize products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
