Job description

Forklifts hum before sunrise, tugger carts snake through wide aisles, and every pallet that leaves the dock carries parts bound for vehicles across North America. As a Forklift Operator in the Battle Creek area, you are the link between production and the road. This is steady, physical work where accuracy matters and pace stays consistent. You will move with purpose, handle real inventory, and know that what you ship today ends up under the hood of someone's car tomorrow. If you like staying active and seeing clear results from your shift, you will feel at home here.
Daily work includes operating tugger carts, picking and staging parts, weighing finished goods for shipment, scanning inventory, and keeping materials flowing between departments. You will work in a multi temperature environment and follow shipping schedules to keep production on track.
What we offer the Warehouse Associate position
A pay rate of $18 - $21.18/hr, depending on the shift and position
Full time schedules on all shifts
Weekly pay
Overtime available based on production needs
Medical, dental, and vision coverage
401k options
Paid time off where applicable
A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI
Opportunity for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business levels
Qualifications for this position:
โ€ข Ability to work in a multi temperature warehouse environment
โ€ข Reliable attendance and strong attention to safety
โ€ข Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
โ€ข Ability to stand, walk, and move materials throughout the shift
โ€ข Team oriented mindset and willingness to follow shipping procedures
If you are dependable, steady under pressure, and ready to work with purpose, this is your shot. Bring your work ethic and earn your place in a facility that values people who show up and get it done.
By submitting your application for this position, you are agreeing to receive communication from WSI, which may include calls, texts, and emails. You can unsubscribe from email or SMS messages by replying 'stop' at any time.
