We are hiring a PART TIME Equipment Operators to support frontline healthcare workers by ensuring critical medical products are accurately received, picked, and shipped.

Pay & Shift Information

Pay: $19/hourly*

* (For internal teammates, compensation will be reviewed and determined in partnership with HR, taking into consideration internal equity and experience)

Available Shift:

  • Monday to Friday: 8AM - 1PM

  • Tuesday - Thursday: 8AM - 430PM

Job Summary

The Distribution Associate/Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating material handling equipment and supporting warehouse operations including receiving, picking, loading, inventory control, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate material handling equipment including cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks

  • Unload inbound trailers and containers using pallet jacks and equipment

  • Accurately receive, pick, and verify products using RF scanners and Voice Pick Technology

  • Load and stage pallets, totes, and cartons for shipment

  • Move products throughout the warehouse using conveyors, carts, and pallet jacks

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and document discrepancies

  • Prepare pallets and carts for outbound shipments

  • Follow warehouse procedures, productivity standards, and safety guidelines

  • Conduct physical inventory counts as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous material handling equipment experience required

  • Experience operating cherry pickers, reach trucks, stand-up/sit-down forklifts, or electric pallet jacks required

  • Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred

  • RF scanner and Voice Pick Technology experience preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Basic math and reading skills

  • Willingness to learn warehouse management systems and new equipment

  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors

  • Ability to frequently squat, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds individually or heavier items with team assistance

  • Ability to safely operate equipment at heights up to 35 feet

  • Ability to climb stairs and safely use ladders or stools

  • Must wear required steel-toed footwear and follow OSHA safety standards

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English to operate voice-pick systems and follow safety procedures
