Department: Fulfillment Operations
Locations: Modesto, CA
Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm for part of the year, shifting to 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm + OT during peak season.
The Operations Fulfillment Supervisor leads a team of associates to achieve various goals, including productivity, quality, problem resolution, outstanding customer service, employee relations (motivation and development), and a safe work environment. The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor works closely with upper management to ensure operational excellence and overall facility success.
What you will do:
• Manage and lead a team of 10-15 hourly associates in a 405k sq ft fast-paced warehouse environment
• Assist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chains
• Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business units by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control management
• Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned areas of responsibility
• Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement
• Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Meet or exceed SCLS corporate safety goals
• Effectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates
• Coach, train, and mentor associates, allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
• Conduct annual performance reviews

• 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing change
• Listening skills and strong abilities to collaborate, communicate, and motivate others to accomplish goals
• Demonstrated success in problem-solving and decision-making to overcome obstacles and maximize opportunities
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, agility, and ability to be cross-trained to do more where needed
• High School Diploma/GED Required
It's not required, but it would be even better if you have...
• Bachelor's Degree
• Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement training and experience
• Supply chain/logistics experience is a plus, but not required
• Technical savvy (intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-base,d and job-specific software applications
• Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus
SALARY LEVEL
  • $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary is commensurate with experience and location.
