The governance team within Last Mile Delivery, Trust & Safety focuses on policy and process governance to ensure operational excellence. This team leads cross-functional initiatives, driving project execution and continuous improvement to enhance business efficiency. By leveraging data analysis and effective communication, the team develops innovative solutions and maintains high standards for performance and compliance. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, they support strategic goals and operational success while fostering a culture of accountability and integrity. This team plays a critical role in advancing Walmart’s commitment to reliable and efficient service delivery.
What you'll do:
