Job Summary

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible for overseeing and supporting integrated facilities services, including both hard and soft services, across multiple client locations. This role ensures operational excellence, financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction while leading cross-functional teams. The ROM operates across all service lines and is not limited by traditional functional boundaries. Responsibilities may expand, change, or be reassigned based on business needs, client expectations, and operational demands.

Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties are representative and not all-inclusive. Employees are expected to perform all other duties as assigned, including cross-functional responsibilities across service lines.

Regional Leadership & Operational Oversight

  • Provide strategic leadership across all assigned sites, including but not limited to additional or expanded duties as assigned.
  • Ensure SOP standardization and operational consistency, including but not limited to additional or expanded duties as assigned.
  • Conduct audits and implement corrective actions, including but not limited to additional or expanded duties as assigned.
  • Maintain operational continuity during disruptions, including but not limited to additional or expanded duties as assigned.

Hard Services Management

  • Oversee maintenance programs and technicians, including but not limited to additional or expanded duties as assigned.
  • Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, including but not limited to additional or expanded duties as assigned.
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance execution, including but not limited to additional or expanded duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate inspections and vendor services, including but not limited to additional or expanded duties as assigned.

Soft Services Management

  • Oversee janitorial, landscaping, and support services, including but not limited to additional or expanded duties as assigned.
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance, including but not limited to additional or expanded duties as assigned.
  • Manage vendors and service delivery, including but not limited to additional or expanded duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate special projects and programs, including but not limited to additional or expanded duties as assigned.

Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff, peers, supervisors, guests and client
  • Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong track record of client or customer satisfaction
