Title: Associate Operations Specialist
Location: Candidates based in or near Columbia, South Carolina are highly preferred.

As an Associate Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective management of energy and environmental programs and projects. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, sharing best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting thorough analyses of program operations.

What you will be doing:
  • Work as part of the energy efficiency team ensuring that the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency
  • projects are successfully executed.
  • Develop and share best practices across the team and organization.
  • Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.
  • Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with processing incoming project applications.
  • Review project application forms and submittals to ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
  • Assign project applications for further processing and review per program policies and procedures.
  • Assist with customer and contractor inquiries.
  • Coordinate quality control follow-up on project inspections and customer surveys as appropriate.

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field + 1 years of work experience or Associates degree with 3+ years of work experience.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.

Compensation: Although the posted range below is broader, this position is anticipated to offer a base salary in the $60,000 to $67,000 range. Actual compensation may vary based on the candidate's location, experience, and other relevant factors.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
