Job Description

Stefanini is looking for a talented and creative recruiter to support our North American IT Outsourcing Services and Operations. You will work closely with a team of recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators focused on delivering exceptional talent throughout North America. Your recruiting focus will vary from helpdesk/desktop technician roles to niche technical, engineering and development positions so you must be able to handle recruiting projects of varying complexity and scale.

If you have a reputation for exceptional candidate generation, strong communication skills, exhibit the ability to push back and manage expectations, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service with a sense of urgency, we'd love to talk further.

Qualifications

Core Responsibilities:

  • Our customers are candidates and internal clients. You have a vital role in maintaining exceptional communication with clients while simultaneously guiding candidates through the process
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, sourcing, and on-going relationship management. Demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and quickly determine the "must haves" vs. "nice to haves"
  • Recommend ideas, strategies, and processes related to recruitment that will contribute to long-range growth of the team and further Stefanini's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
  • Must be able to recruit passive candidates and demonstrate the value proposition of the current opportunity

Basic Qualifications :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree desired
  • 3+ years of corporate, search firm, or RPO recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, while managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and as a trusted business partner
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates our customers
  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
