What is an associate ministry?

An Associate Ministry refers to a leadership position within a church or religious organization where an individual supports the senior pastor or ministry leader. Additionally, Associate Ministers frequently collaborate with senior leadership and volunteers, requiring diplomacy and teamwork to implement church initiatives smoothly.
