The Opportunity
This position works out of our New Brighton, MN location in the Structural Heart division. Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.
The Associate Program Manager, Sterility Assurance is responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives that support end-to-end sterility assurance across the organization. Working in partnership with subject matter experts in microbiology, sterilization, manufacturing, facilities, quality, research and development and regulatory affairs, this role drives program execution, monitors risks, coordinates resources, and ensures timely delivery of business-critical objectives.
This position serves as a key integrator across multiple sites and functions, helping to advance sterility assurance capabilities through effective program planning, governance, communication, and execution. The successful candidate will be a skilled project and program manager with knowledge in contamination control and the ability to navigate complex initiatives, align stakeholders, and provide clear visibility to leadership.
What You'll Work On
  • Manage a portfolio of sterility assurance initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and quality objectives
  • Support cleanroom validation and compliance initiatives
  • Support facilities quality compliance initiatives across multiple sites
  • Drive continuous improvement in microbiology programs such as environmental monitoring, utility monitoring, bioburden and endotoxin testing
  • Support sterilization programs and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dashboards, status reports and program updates
  • Lead project meetings, working sessions and leadership updates

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in related discipline.
  • 4+ years related working experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a regulated environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Project Management.
  • 2+ years' experience in project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent time management skills and works with a sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Background in microbiology, sterilization or Facilities Quality/Engineering.

The base pay for this position is
$78,000.00 - $156,000.00
