JMTest Systems is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Managerto lead the development, performance, and long-term vision of our digitalproduct ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee the full product lifecycleacross multiple platforms that directly impact customer experience, operationalefficiency, and business growth. You will work closely with engineering,operations, sales, and leadership teams to drive product strategy, prioritizeinitiatives, and deliver scalable digital solutions. WhatYou'll Do:
ProductStrategy & Roadmap:
  • Defineand manage product roadmaps across multiple digital platforms
  • Translatebusiness goals and operational needs into product priorities and requirements
  • Balanceshort-term deliverables with long-term scalability and platform growth

ProductDevelopment & Delivery:
  • Ownand manage product backlogs from intake through release
  • Writedetailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Partnerwith engineering teams to review builds and ensure quality standards
  • LeadUAT, defect resolution, and production release coordination

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:
  • Workclosely with engineering, operations, sales, and leadership teams

  • UtilizeAI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support product workflows

WhatWe're Looking For:
  • 5+years of product management experience with digital products or businesssystems
  • Experiencemanaging customer-facing web applications
  • Stronganalytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experiencewriting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Abilityto collaborate effectively with engineering teams and review technical outputs
  • Experiencemanaging multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strongcommunication skills across technical and business stakeholders

PreferredQualifications:
  • Experiencewith laboratory, calibration, or field service software
  • Familiaritywith MERN stack, .NET, or similar technologies
  • Experienceusing AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT within product development workflows
  • Knowledgeof ISO 17025 or similar compliance standards
  • Experiencewith system integrations, onboarding, or acquisitions
  • SQLor data analysis experience
