Merchandise Strategy & Execution
  • Support the development and execution of seasonal merchandising strategies for assigned categories.
  • Assist in building assortments that align with customer trends, brand positioning, and financial objectives.
  • Recommend pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Manage product lifecycles from concept through end-of-life.

Business Performance
  • Analyze weekly and seasonal sales, margin, inventory, and customer trends.
  • Identify opportunities to improve assortment performance and inventory productivity.
  • Prepare business recaps and recommendations for Merchant leadership.
  • Monitor key merchandising metrics and respond quickly to changing business conditions.

Product & Assortment Management
  • Own designated product categories within the assortment.
