The Merchandising team develops and selects products assortments that balance fashion, function, and value. This team collaborates closely with design, product development, sourcing, planning, replenishment, and supplier partners to deliver seasonal collections that resonate with customers. Operating in a fast-paced, highly seasonal environment, the team adapts quickly to evolving market trends and customer preferences. Data-driven decision-making is central to their approach, enabling impactful merchandising strategies.
