Job description

Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this essential position, you will be tasked with assessing customer specifications, conducting mechanical design calculations and related analyses (including numerical analysis/FEA), preparing, verifying, and/or reviewing manufacturing drawings, as well as documenting, presenting, and updating of these activities to others as required. Your expertise will be crucial in the development of standards to facilitate the thermal and mechanical design and drafting of various types of heat exchangers for the ASME Section III Program. At TEI we value creativity, collaboration, and commitment to excellence, making this an exciting opportunity for a seasoned engineer looking to advance their career and make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct mechanical and structural calculations (including FEA), prepare design details, fabrication drawings, and bills of materials. Analyze foundation loading and perform code calculations.
