Responsible for the design and documentation of projects and products. Each design must be managed to achieve a satisfactory balance of three parameters:
  • Performance - meet all technical, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Schedule - meet time requirements
  • Cost - meet budget requirements

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 2 years Machine Design experience
  • 2 years SolidWorks experience
  • Good mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine design and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to apply mechanical engineering standards and techniques
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and/or pneumatics
  • Willingness to travel on a limited basis as required
