Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Managing Director Treasury Management at our Dallas, TX location.

Description:
The Managing Director Treasury Management is responsible for leading the Bank's treasury management strategy, business development efforts, and client relationship management activities. This role drives treasury management growth, oversees the delivery of treasury solutions to clients, and partners across business lines to achieve revenue, deposit, and client retention goals.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute treasury management growth and business development strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Responsible for completion of RFP's and proposals for all branch locations.
  • Coordinate the delivery of all bank products to the major accounts of the bank.
  • Chair the committee responsible for preparing all answers for bid requests.
  • Responsible for growth in major accounts.
  • Create and maintain the connection of major accounts to all relevant areas of the bank.
  • Lead the creation of an effective compliment of products and services for targeted business sectors.
  • Partner with associates in the loan, wealth management and insurance divisions of the bank for all development activities which include loan prospects as well as deposit, wealth management or insurance opportunities.
  • Lead treasury management product strategy and is responsible for assisting with all customer/prospect presentations at the branch level as requested.
  • Mentor and support treasury management team members and business partners.
  • Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.
  • Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.
  • Understand and participate in the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of banking, treasury management, or financial services experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership and business development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury management products, banking, and regulatory requirements.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours

Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
Working Conditions
The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees may spend extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or other equipment, and reaching for work-related tasks. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
