Job description

The following are minimum requirements for this labor classification:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning
  • Must have an associate's degreeor similar credential
  • Ability to manage time and events effectively
  • Ability to perform administrative duties such as preparing quality documents, reports and slides and coordinating briefings, conferences, teleconferences, telephone inquiries, meeting preparation, attendanceand minutes
  • Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience in preparing, editingand finalizing correspondence, documents and briefings
