  • Develop and demonstrate deep subject matter expertise on CI/CD and IaC tooling across cloud providers, including Gitlab Pipelines, CDK, Bicep and Terraform
  • Deliver high quality, production ready code leveraging CI/CD best practices
  • Author and maintain high quality documentation for both the engineering team as well as for business customers
  • Remain up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML frameworks and related technologies
  • Participate in on-call and support rotations, helping diagnose and resolve production issues

  • 1+ years of experience with Unix-based systems
  • Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals, including debugging, testing, and maintainable code design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Strong desire to keep learning and stay up to date with the latest and greatest developments in the AI space, especially for frontier models and agentic flows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in building production software using Python
  • 4+ years of experience delivering solutions in a public cloud (e.g. AWS, GCP)
  • 3+ years of experience in leveraging IaC solutions for cloud development
  • 3+ years of experience in leveraging CI/CD tooling as part of the development process
  • 2+ years of experience working with containers (e.g. Docker)
  • Previous experience managing LLMs and agents in a production environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What Success Looks like in This Role:

  • Takes a well-defined task and independently drives it to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates persistence and creativity in overcoming technical and process-related impediments.
  • Understands and articulates trade-offs that must be considered when proposing a solution to a problem
  • Writes code that is well documented, readable, testable, and extendable
