Join the F-35 final assembly Production Engineering team, where innovation meets precision. As a Manufacturing Engineer Associate, you will bring expertise and independence to solve complex manufacturing challenges. This dynamic role bridges shop floor operations and engineering solutions, ensuring seamless production of one of the most advanced fighter jets in the world.
What You Will Be Doing
Collaborate directly with the shop floor to resolve real-time build cycle issues.
Address non-conformance issues, design and troubleshoot tooling, and execute root cause/corrective actions.
Coordinate with engineering and other support groups to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain build documentation, including Manufacturing Plans, Tooling Requirements Forms, and Corrective Action Plans.
Identify and implement improvement opportunities, designing and developing creative solutions to optimize processes.
Partner with teams such as MRB, Production Control, Quality Engineering, and other manufacturing engineering groups.
Support overtime activities as needed to meet production goals.
