Work Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday 2nd shift: 10am - 7pm

Join the team at Aftermarket Performance Group (APG) and bring your warehouse experience to a dynamic and growing organization. We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate Level 1 to support our operations and ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.


Main Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and ship customer orders efficiently from the warehouse
  • Move freight and materials to designated areas for shipping and storage
  • Receive incoming products and accurately stock shelves to maintain inventory levels
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Pack and box items securely in preparation for shipping to customers
  • Identify, count, & sort packages/inventory with a high level of urgency
  • Participate in meetings, follow guidance, and provide feedback as appropriate.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe workplace for all team members
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • 6+ months of stable work experience in a warehouse distribution center (preferred).
  • Ability to speak and read in English.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy
  • Strong problem solving, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on regular basis, and team lift up to 120 pounds.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Good attendance record and punctuality
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime when necessary


Technical Competencies:

Willingness to learn and become proficient with warehouse equipment such as:

  • RF scan gun
  • Forklift
  • Pallet jack
  • Label machines, etc.
