Nuts.com is a self-funded, profitable, rapidly growing multi-channel DTC specialty food and wellness company with over 550 people on our team. We're changing the landscape of snacking on nuts, dried fruit, chocolate and more! We planted our roots in Newark, New Jersey during the Great Depression, selling premium nuts on Mulberry Street's open-air market. We've come quite a long way since then, taking our multi-generational family business online in 1999. Even after 96 years, we continue to pride ourselves in expertly sourcing the highest quality foods and treating our customers like family.

The role We are looking for a Temporary Warehouse Associate (Level 1) capable of filling a variety of roles on our production and fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who pays close attention to detail. We are a rapidly-growing company; you'll have the opportunity to grow along with us!

What you'll do

  • Fill products in our production areas using tools such as scoops and scales
  • Pick, pack, and/or ship customer orders using scanners, computers, or printers
  • Maintain good housekeeping in work areas
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a food production environment
  • Operate equipment, as necessary, or in accordance with heavy lifter roles
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll bring

  • Ability to work a full-time schedule during our Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat shifts
  • Able to complete physical work and lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to on average stand/walk 10 hours at a time with additional movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and/or reaching
  • Able to work in a facility with various allergens, including nuts
  • A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Excellent work ethic, always on time, and very reliable
  • Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers
  • High school diploma, or its equivalent, or 2+ years' experience in a warehouse or food production environment
