The Position: We are looking for a candidate who will be performing the role of a Data Integrator, supporting the Cargo Helicopter product office.

The Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL

The Work Environment: On-Site

The Description:

Theย candidate of Data Integrator will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of data within the organization. Require a deep understanding of data architecture, database management, and integration methodologies to effectively merge data from various sources into cohesive, accessible datasets. Participate in coordination of schedules, advise, and participate in capability and coordination meetings with various departments

Candidate will apply existing knowledge in the following:

  • Performance of Extensible Markup Language (XML)/Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) development (coding/tagging), code analysis, and editing of technical data for various aircraft and equipment for use with multiple-platform/media output Technical Publications including Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM's) viewed in Interactive Authoring and Display Systems (IADS) validation, and verification of data and illustrations for new and revised technical manuals, which supports military equipment for repair and overhaul.
  • Analyzes and evaluates current or projected programs from a procedural, regulatory and policy perspective to determine effectiveness in achieving full Publications life-cycle support.

Education & Experience:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance, required.
  • Bachelor's degree with eight (8) years of relevant experience.
    • ALLOWABLE SUBSITIUTIONS:
      • High School/GED with thirteen (13) years of experience.
        • Relevant certifications may be substituted for two (2) years of related experience with High School Diploma/GED.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Acquisition and/or sustainment logistics.
  • Manage and operate applicable automated databases.
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task; prioritize internal and external tasks/projections.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to comprehend engineering technical data.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.

Travel:

  • On some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, travel may be required.
