What are Associate Laser RNs?

Associate Laser RNs are registered nurses who specialize in performing or assisting with laser-based procedures, often in dermatology, aesthetics, or surgical settings. They are responsible for patient assessment, preparing and operating laser equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed during treatments. These nurses typically work under the supervision of physicians or advanced practice providers and may also provide patient education regarding pre- and post-procedure care.
