Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Dev10 Associate Software Developer for a full-time opportunity. This role requires relocation anywhere in the continental United States. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with foundational technical skills to launch a career in software development.

Through the Dev10 program, you will receive 3-4 months of paid, immersive training in in-demand technologies like Java, Spring, and React. Upon successful completion, you will be placed on a two-year consulting engagement with one of our enterprise clients. Responsibilities: Participate in a 3-4 month paid, immersive training program to build the technical skills needed for a software development career Train in technologies including Java, IntelliJ, MySQL, Spring, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, and React Receive mentorship and instruction from Senior Engineers in a hands-on environment After training, work for up to two years as a Dev10 consultant on various client project engagements Requirements: Bachelor's degree Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States Minimum 6 months of programming experience from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation Desired skills: Passion for learning and interest in Software Development Strong logic and reasoning skills Clear communication and collaboration abilities Team-oriented mindset Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually Benefits: Dev10 offers paid training at $600/week, $2,500 relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
