Job description

Role Overview

CalPERS (California Public Employees' Retirement System), a global institutional investor, is hiring a Sustainable Investments Associate Investment Manager (classification: Associate Investment Manager, Public Employees' Retirement System) based in Sacramento County, working a hybrid schedule.


Compensation

Base pay range: $10,937.50 - $18,229.17/month (approx. $131,250 - $218,750/year). The role is eligible for annual incentive awards of 0-60% of salary based on quantitative and qualitative performance measures, plus a long-term incentive program offering an additional 0-60% of base salary starting after five years, contingent on the fund meeting board-approved absolute return thresholds.
