Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Kreider Farms. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing products, organizing inventory, and ensuring that all items are properly stored and shipped according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Storing Products: Receive incoming shipments of goods and inspect them for accuracy and quality. Ensure proper storage of all items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control, including stock rotation and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure accurate records.
  • Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Shipping Preparation: Prepare orders for shipment by wrapping, labeling, and organizing products in preparation for delivery.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Report any safety hazards or concerns to management immediately.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse associates, supervisors, and drivers to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean and organized to meet health and safety standards.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous Warehouse Experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Forklift Certification (preferred, but not required; will train the right candidate).
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
