The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product availability and flow. This role drives collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams to align forecasts, manage purchase orders, and address disruptions proactively. By leveraging data analysis and root cause methodologies, the manager enhances inventory health and resolves supply challenges. They oversee team development, promote process improvements, and ensure compliance with company standards while supporting business goals through strategic inventory positioning and effective replenishment practices.

The team leads effective inventory and supply planning to ensure product availability and seamless flow across channels. Collaborating with suppliers and internal partners, they align forecasts, manage purchase orders, and address supply challenges. Emphasizing data analysis and root cause resolution, the team enhances inventory health and supports promotional and seasonal planning. They drive continuous improvement initiatives using strategic planning and system tools to achieve business objectives. What you'll do:
  • Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
  • Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular and promotional timing.
  • Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory issues.
  • Manage inventory distribution, recalls, returns, and end-of-life transitions with supplier coordination.
  • Monitor On-Time-In-Full delivery metrics and address supply disruptions proactively.
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory positioning and improve inventory health.
  • Provide strategic leadership by setting performance standards, mentoring, and developing the team.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
