ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in July 2023 and has grown to a strong team of 8 talented professionals. Before opening my own office, I worked in the human services field and got my start in insurance by joining a friend who had just opened his agency. That experience inspired me to pursue the Aspirant Program and eventually build my own agency.
I’m a proud graduate of the University of Oregon, where I graduated top 10 in my class. My husband and I have lived in this area our entire lives and are deeply rooted in the community. I’ve also been a foster parent to five children, and our home is currently shared with our two cats.
We offer great perks for our team, including free snacks and drinks, casual Fridays, team bonuses like happy hours and breakfasts, and three weeks of combined PTO for sick, vacation, or personal time. We’re big believers in celebrating wins together and making sure our team is well-fed, well-rested, and supported.
Our office culture is built on honesty, integrity, open communication, and a strong team-first mentality. We’re looking for individuals who care deeply, are collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, and bring a friendly, committed energy to the team.
If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, contribute meaningfully, and be part of a top-performing team, this could be the right fit for you.
