ROLE DESCRIPTION:As an Account Associate Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Trent Thompson, you will be working for a Top-Rated State Farm Agent in Minnesota! We successfully market the insurance and financial products that manage everyday risks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with the agent and team members to meet individual and team sales goals
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Be open to feedback from team members, manager, and agent to grow your sales skills
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Able to obtain a Life and Health License
