As a Delivery Associate, you'll be the face of the company-safely delivering packages to homes and businesses while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Shifts Available:

  • Full-time (up to 40 hours/week)
  • Part-time (up to 30 hours/week)

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes
  • Load, unload, and prepare the delivery vehicle
  • Follow safety procedures and navigate using a company-provided handheld device
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Assist team members if operational support is needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Perform vehicle inspections before and after routes
  • Work safely in varying weather conditions, including Bakersfield heat
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • Valid U.S. driver's license required
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and read and write English
  • Able to lift packages up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable getting in and out of a delivery vehicle throughout the day
  • Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening where permitted by law
  • Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day

Qualifications
Requirements:
  1. Clean driving record the last 7 years
  2. Clean criminal record the last 7 years
  3. Willingness to submit to a 4 panel drug test (we don't test for THC)
  4. Willing to work up to 10 hours day
  5. Must be 21+ of age
  6. Must have a valid Driver License.
  7. Must be able to read and comprehend English.
  8. Willing to delivery 350+ packages
  9. Willing to lift up to 50 lbs
  10. Must be able to work one day of the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
