PURPOSE STATEMENT:

To lift and inspire team stories. Game One is the premier provider of apparel, gear, and equipment unifying teams and fans in schools, clubs and organizations.

JOB SUMMARY:

A Production Associate is responsible for sorting apparel by size, color, type and logo. They prepare and inspect orders before and after decoration. They clean, correct and trim threads to improve the quality and appearance of garments. Support all areas of production.

Hours: Days; ; Monday - Friday, with weekends and one weekday off. The weekday off will remain the same each week. 4 10-hour shifts, 5AM - 3:30PM

Overtime may be required.


JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Inspect garments for quality issues before and after decoration.
  • Verify item-counts and check against work orders.
  • Place garments neatly in boxes or appropriate staging area
  • Become proficient and trained in other aspects of production to support all departments.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment as required for personal safety.
  • Maintain clean work area and equipment.
  • Perform job consistently within established performance standards.
  • Punctual, observes prescribed work break/meal periods and has an acceptable overall attendance record.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, reach, grasp, push and pull
  • Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Must be able to differentiate between colors.
  • Must be able to identify deviations from design or order specifications.
  • Frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift or move as much as 50 pounds.
  • Other duties as assigned
