Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Rep (BDR) Manager will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing strategies to drive new business opportunities across multiple regions. This role includes managing a team of BDRs, overseeing operational logistics within CRM systems, and ensuring seamless integration of sales processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of leads through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and increase the volume of potential sales opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the BDR team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Prospect Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a project or people management position.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in B2B Sales.
  • MSP Experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of business development strategies and tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
