Design infrastructure that shapes how communities thrive.
We create the systems that connect people, places, and opportunity, from complete streets and to utilities and civic spaces. As a Civil Engineer, you'll support a variety of public infrastructure projects and learn how smart design strengthens communities.
What You'll Do
  • Lead or support design of site, roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements.
  • Manage project development, proposals, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Prepare engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging engineers.
  • Assist clients with funding applications, permitting, and public engagement.
  • Oversee construction administration and ensure projects meet expectations.
  • Contribute to business development and proposal efforts as you grow into a trusted advisor.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in public infrastructure design and project delivery.
  • PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
