Job description

Job Title: Information Security Analyst
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced information security professional to support risk assessments, control validation, and vendor security reviews across a large enterprise environment. This position plays a key part in identifying and communicating information security risks, supporting remediation efforts, and strengthening governance through clear analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform vendor information risk assessments, review third-party security documentation, and help establish remediation ownership for identified risks.
  • Assess systems and platforms against security and configuration standards, validate controls, and process policy or standard exceptions as needed.
  • Identify and document internal information risks, analyze threats and vulnerabilities, and communicate findings through reports, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement efforts while maintaining accurate documentation in ServiceNow and other team tools.

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in information security, risk management, GRC, or a related field.
  • Experience performing vendor/third-party risk assessments and internal information security risk assessments, along with control validation or baseline assessments.
  • Knowledge of information security principles and practices, and familiarity with information security frameworks and best practices such as NIST, ISO 27000, COBIT, or COSO.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex security risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Confluence, or Jira preferred, plus advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
