We will leverage these two affiliates' expertise in renewable energy and relevant technologies for a greater energy transition and sustainability in the United States of America and globally.

[Job Summary]

Analyst/Associate position offers qualified individual exposure to all aspects of M&A and strategic investments. Associates assume significant responsibilities, including exploring new investment opportunities, performing corporate valuation using a variety of methodologies, preparing and delivering presentations and reports, conducting research, analyzing business models, and participating in due diligence and deal negotiation.

-Conduct quantitative analysis of industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects to support investment decision, and M&A processes in the USA

-Develop detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and analyze return on investment

-Maintain the deal flow database with information sourced from the firm's network

-Prepare presentations and reports for internal & external meetings/communications

-Monitor and research companies and industries, to stay up to date on trends and major transactions

-Coordinate third-party due diligence in collaboration with investment team members and external advisors

-Provide analytical support and thought partnership to senior team members

-Conduct ongoing monitoring of portfolio assets and market changes to support informed decision-making

-Collaborate effectively with other affiliated members and management

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution

-Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, both written and verbal, required
